How we work

As part of our new flaconi working model Traveller and Settler, all HQ employees have the opportunity to split their working hours between remote work and presence in the office. With flexible working options, our focus is on collaboration and cross-functional cooperation.

Our work modes Collaboration, Concentration and Socializing round off the innovative New Way of Working, which is precisely tailored to our requirements: In addition to a large community and socializing area (including a gaming area), we have created focus and collaboration spaces on all floors in the new headquarters: Meeting rooms with remote equipment, focus corners, areas for quiet phone calls and a separate catering area are available to our employees.

  We generally hire for the 1st and 15th of the month. However, we are aware that not every applicant is available immediately. Therefore, we are open to accommodate according to your preferred start date.

  Please note that due to current events, all interviews will take place remotely.
