In the past few days, we’ve launched an old but gold new feature in customer communication: Back in Stock. And for this occasion our Head of CRM, Julia Piep, is happy to dive into this topic as well as to share some interesting insights from the CRM team with you today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“I started at flaconi six years ago, back when there were just three of us in the CRM team. Now, we\u2019re looking for our tenth team member \u2013 what a fantastic development! \ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Looking back at our achievements over the past few years, I\u2019m thrilled to share some of our highlights! We’ve introduced an AI tool for a more targeted customer approach. Additionally, we\u2019ve increased our campaign automation, such as our newly launched Back in Stock campaign, and our customer lifecycle communication which now significantly contributes to our CRM revenue by 56%. \ud83d\udcb0 And last year, we made a big leap in gamification to boost engagement. \ud83c\udfae<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At flaconi, retaining our existing customers is vital and a key pillar of our strategy, and this means that even more exciting times and great projects are yet to come! But we’re also gearing up for scalability to support international growth and supercharging our multi-channel communication and loyalty actions. \ud83d\udcf2 I can\u2019t wait to look back in 1-2 years and see our progress. A big shoutout to my amazing team for these achievements and I am excited for us to grow even more together.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
