The way we work
To empower our employees to achieve optimal work-life balance, we developed three flexible working models.
#Traveller
Our hybrid model combines the freedom of remote work with the benefits of office presence. flaconi employees who choose this model work primarily remote but come into the office for eight days per month. How you distribute these days is entirely up to you, offering the flexibility to ensure that work fits your life, not the other way around.
#Settler
This model is perfect for those who prefer the office as their primary workspace and value direct, in-person interaction. You will work on site four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week. This way you get the full office experience while maintaining the freedom to shape your schedule.
#Astronaut
Our remote model is perfect for those who are outside of Berlin and prefer to work entirely from home. As we foster an "in-Person First" culture, this model is available for selected individual contribution roles. The only requirement is that your place of residence and work must be located within Germany.

Environmental Responsibility
Developing innovative packaging, avoiding plastic, and ensuring products are safely and resource-efficiently is a challenge we embrace. Today, our flaconi shipping boxes are 100% plastic-free. As a member of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), we are committed to using 100% recycled packaging materials.
Our commitment extends to our infrastructure. Our logistics center runs on 100% renewable energy, and we fully offset the emissions from our heating system. At our headquarters, we further reduce our carbon footprint through Smart Heating and Smart Lighting solutions.
