Last June, we had the opportunity to be part of the event “Empowering Women in Tech: Strategies for Pivoting Careers, Advancement, and Leadership,” organized by GirlCode. The event featured four esteemed panelists from Scout24, NordCloud (an IBM company), Beamery, and flaconi, who shared valuable insights on career pivots, advancement, and leadership in tech. 👩‍💻

Kalpana Devi (Engineering Manager) discussed the challenges and triumphs of being a woman in tech leadership, emphasizing their commitment to making flaconi an attractive workplace for women in tech.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from over 60 attendees, creating a vibrant atmosphere for discussion and learning. It concluded with a dynamic networking session, fostering connections and community among attendees.
