LH Cosmetics Sparkl

If the Sparkl liquid shadows and toppers won’t get you feeling like a kid in a candy store, we don’t know what will. Sweet as sugar, these sparkling shades are literally breath taking. They are light-weight and easy to apply alone or on top of makeup with a pleasant fresh and cooling effect when applied. The intense sparkling effect is created with vegan pearls, so no plastic glitter. And the coverage is buildable. Creating unique, eye-catching looks has never been easier. Sparkl is multi-use and can be used on your cheeks and lips as well, and of course it’s 100% vegan. It’s time to sparkle.
