â Avoid including details such as; marital status, age, religion, or a photo (unless industry-specific) to avoid any potential biases.
â Keep it concise; aim to keep it 1-2 pages in length.
â If possible, quantify your achievements in previous work experiences.
â Proof read; before submitting check thoroughly for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors; perhaps ask a friend or family member to check it over for a â4 eye perspectiveâ.
â Make sure and adapt your resume so it aligns with the position youâre interested in and apply directly through our website.

â Before your interview, take some time to learn about flaconi; our history, values and leadership standards.
